Nicolas Vaudelet has presented his new collection spring - summer 2010 for the signature The Horse in Madrid Cibeles Fashion Week. The couturier is inspired by the seaworthy world, of fishermen and adventurers of overseas, as well as by the ethnic sophistication of the New World (Incas, Aztecs, the Gilding).
Vaudelet is praised by washed, wrinkled pledges and remangadas, that resemble the marine world in pieces like monkeys, uniforms or pants of work. The designer draws elongated figures, in pants pajamas and tunics of different textiles, with which it re-defines the feminine curves.
The textile covers with stars of this collection it is the leather, which Vaudelet uses in pledges like shorts, long, dressed pants, jackets and even in shirts. In addition to the leather, the designer elects technical materials as the neoprenos and reflecting, the silk, cottons, plastic, linens and fibers of cord knotted that resemble the fishermen's networks.
In addition to the brown of the leather, Vaudelet trusts in other colors like the blue, the red one or the beige. The pledges are finished off by small details like the neon, which appears in the seams of the T-shirts and vetsidos, or the pailletes.
